During this presentation, the following topics will be covered:

The Honest Truth About Fraud – A Retired FBI Agent Tells All

This presentation will provide a Fraud Life Cycle Model for dealing with all aspects of fraud–Prevention, Detection, Investigation, Mitigation, and Remediation.  A root cause analysis of fraud will be explored. This discussion will then provide additional insights to the Fraud Life Cycle Model, especially when dealing with fraud prevention and interviewing. The presentation will also emphasize investigations. The Federal fraud and tax prosecution of Todd & Julie Chrisely will be used as a case example to discuss the many complexities that can arise in any fraud investigation. This presentation will provide four hours of Professional Continuing Education.
